By pure chance, I got the seat in the airplane next to my old time friend from college, whom I had not seen for some 30 years

To get from airport to hotel was a journey. We decided to save some money and instead of a cab we took public transportation in the hottest day of the season. Bus, subway, tram, some walking, another tram...and a lot of walking and talking to locals and fellow tourists...but we got there eventually :-)

...but we made it - just under two hours :-) fortunately, there is an old brewery next to the hotel with a beer that perfectly complements days like this.
And tomorrow, the conference begins!

Return
I did the Radvaň-Ruzyně route in 4 hours and 7 minutes...and even managed to pickup two Hungarian hitchhikers in Brno. I admit my bladder made my foot heavier towards the end of this trip. To compare - Google says that it should take 5h 8m.

The two hitchhiking girls were really surprised how fast I kicked them of car at the airport (as they were not receiving the aforementioned urgent message of my internal organ).
