From Twin City we headed South towards Kansas City, where we steered Eastward.

This welcoming board is technically in Minnesota too (few dozens foot before the actual border)

We have seen many such a road

Golden dome on top of the Iowa Capitol in Des Moines can be seen from a great distance (some 5 miles in this case) even in such a weather as today. We do not stop though, just passing by on I-35 highway.
